H2H Vendor Applications
If you're looking to sell at Frightreads Halfway 2 Halloween event, you're in the right place! The link below will take you to the application! Authors, artists, creatives and crafters all use the same application!
Last year, we saw over 400 attendees! That doesn't include the mall staff who get to pop through and shop! We expect to increase that again this year!

Upfront Info & Costs
Space Cost $65
Our Spaces will be $65 per table. Each table space includes a 6ft table, two chairs, and two vendor wristbands.
Electrical Priority $10
Electrical is ONLY available in the retail storefront of the event. There are outlets along the wall, and in the center aisle at pillars. For $10 additional charge, you'll be placed in the store, along a wall or near a pillar with outlets for power needs.
Additional Tables
Additional tables for your space is at the cost of an additional space. For Example: If you wish to have 3 tables in a line with each other, it's three spaces, at $195 + tax
Event Setup and Teardown
We have a special door to load in that takes you straight to where we are. With the mall constraints, we cannot load or setup the night before. We will be available first thing at 9AM to allow everyone to set up on Saturday. There are a handful of carts and flatbeds. Please bring a wheeled cart, wagon, or otherwise to assist in your load-in. Doors open promptly at 12PM.

Tearing down, we ask you try to stick it out until 6PM. We're vendors too, and we can read a room. If we aren't having any traffic, and it's a little before 6, we get it. Please stick it out, as the traffic for the mall ebbs and flows in a way we cannot even predict.
