NEW VENUE...WHO DIS?
We switched to a new venue this year! We finally decided that Benfield Sportscenter was outgrown, and moved to the Howard County Fairgrounds. This year was a rocky one, trying to get a new floorplan, carry over our fantastic attendee base, and keep the same momentum. And you delivered!
We featured more than double last year's attendance! The only problem? The building was 6x the size! We needed six times the attendance to make it look full again! But the event was a blast! Featuring authors like Adam Cesare, Jeff Strand, Jeff Menapace, and Richard Chizmar, as well as A.G. Mock, Meg Hafdahl and Kelly FLorence, we knocked it out of the park!
Over 125 authors were set up! That's the most we've ever had! Next year we plan to have 150+!
